Light-Hearted One Act Radio Drama

This was Glenn's earliest attempt at writing a short drama for two actors, in the form of a whimsical romance for Radio.  This was also his first proper script as such to be broadcast, on Valentines Day in 1996.

This was a story short comedy of manners and English awkwardness, focusing on two commuters in a packed daily train, who have quietly fallen in love across other people's shoulders, luggage and newspapers during the crowded journey to work.

It was recorded at the old BBC Studios in Queen's Street, Wolverhampton, and starred Raja Basu and Belinda Williams.  They gave it a wonderful freshness and spontaneity, with just the combination of longing and hilarious embarrassment it required.
